Can I boat from Lake Ontario to the Atlantic Ocean? - ontario boat lic

My father and I had a good idea of adventure this summer. We take a boat from Lake Ontario to the Atlantic Ocean.

We believe that it Montreal, QC, and the Hudson River south to Liberty Iceland.

We have also considered how the water in Lake Ontario in the north and east of the St. Lawrence River in the sea areas.

Has anyone done one of these trips before? Is it possible?
